    Hi there,
My host says that the cURL 7 error I have just started getting is because a Wordfence IP needs whitelisting (my host blocks all outgoing connections).
    I have manually whitelisted

    198.23.48.96/32
    172.67.160.72/32
    162.210.102.47/32
    69.46.36.0/32

None of my blocked outgoing connections appear to be to WF, and the ones above are not showing in the blocked IP list when I attempt to manually update rules.

Please advise as to what else I can try.
    Many thanks,
    Della

Hi @moondial, thanks for getting in touch!

I have seen a case of cURL error 7 fairly recently that required the host to perform the whitelist action as traceroutes failed once reaching the server where that site was hosted rather than towards our end of the connection.

The IPs we use are highlighted here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/#servers-and-ip-range

Let me know if allowing those help you out.

If not, for me to learn a little more about the environment in which you’re running Wordfence, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

Note: For the fastest response time, please make sure and add any information or questions directly to this topic and not the email address above unless asked.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

I have added the IPs listed on the link provided, and bookmarked it for future reference
