Cannot connect to Facebook page

    Hello,

    I’m trying to connect my Facebook page to my website through the plugin. However, I got an error message: An error occurred while processing this request. Try again later.

    I have this error in logs: Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID

    Thank you.

    Can you provide a screenshot of this error? You can paste it here, https://snipboard.io/, then send me the URL it provides so I can view the screenshot.

    Also, please share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.
