Jetpack uses your site’s XML-RPC file to communicate with WordPress.com. Unfortunately I cannot access that file on your site at the moment:
http://shop.islamicmuseum.org.au/xmlrpc.php
If you use a security plugin to block access to the file, you’ll need to configure it to allow incoming and outgoing connections to /xmlrpc.php.
If you do not use such plugin, you’ll want to contact your hosting provider and ask them if they currently block access to your site’s XML-RPC file.
I hope this helps. Please get in touch again if you have any questions.
HI Jeremy Herve,
Actually I haven’t use any security for now. And Also I have spoke with the server, and they don’t block any kind of files.
And I cannot fine that file in my hosting.
So Do i need to upload it manually?
The file is part of WordPress itself, so it should be there unless it was deleted on purpose. Here is how it should look like:
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/4.7.3/src/xmlrpc.php
If you don’t find it you can try to upload it manually, but it would be interesting to find out why it was deleted from your site in the first place.
