Cannot connect to Android or iOS

    Hello,

    I am currently setting up a new WordPress website, which is still in the basic development stage.

    Unfortunately, the Super-PWA is not working for me – neither on Android nor on iOS. For testing, I have used Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

    There is no prompt to add the website to the home screen. I suspect that this may also be the reason why no pop-up appears for push notifications, allowing the user to grant or deny permission to receive notifications.

    I suspect that I have configured the Super-PWA incorrectly, but I cannot find the problem. Perhaps you have some advice or could let me know which settings or aspects I should check.

    Please don’t be surprised the website is currently only rudimentarily online.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We have checked the shared URL and PWA coming on your URL. It might be cache issue on your end. Kindly clear the cache once including server side and check also on different devices. If still issue remains, let us know.

    Thank you for your help and your suggestions.

    I have already cleared the cache on the website several times using WP-Optimize during my tests. However, this does not seem to make any difference.

    I also completely cleared the server cache directly in the wp-content/cache directory on the server. Is that what you meant?

    Unfortunately, I was not able to achieve any better results in my tests either. Perhaps you have another suggestion or some further advice for me.
