Cannot change new order “On hold” to “Processing”

    An order was placed and paid for. It still shows as “On Hold”. My attempts to change it to “Processing” were futile. It goes straight back to “On hold”. The Order Notes and System Status are shown below.

    If the problem lies with the Yoco plugin, it there a way I can overide the order status?

    If the problem lies with the Yoco plugin, it there a way I can overide the order status?

    Let’s confirm this part. :‎)

    Try disabling the Yoco plugin from Plugins → Installed plugins and test order using cash on delivery or any other payment method. Do you see the same behavior?
