    Hello StyledThemes,

    I’m having the same issue but I don’t understand your reply.

    First I uploaded a header image, size 2560 × 500 pixels via customise > header image. Usually that’s all you have to do when you begin using a new theme. However, the default “demo-banner” image still shows.

    Then I came to this forum and read your comment, but I don’t understand what I’m supposed to change, or how. I’m looking at the Widgets manager and I can see “Banner Wide”, but I can’t see how to customise that or how to insert anything. What do you mean by “image code”?

    Emma I have a question, when you load your image via cistomise header image, soes it crop to 50 px?

    Hi There,

    We find a mistake on the customizer that the 500 should be 50px, We will ammend it in the next version.

    and if you are using to use the 500px height you can use the banner wide widget position.
