Cannot cancel subscription

    A subscription shows as “ACTIVE.” When I attempt to cancel the error message is:

    1 subscription could not be cancelled – only pending, active and on-hold subscriptions can be cancelled.

    If I try to edit the subscription I get the following error message:

    You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please restore it and try again

    Additionally, this error is showing up on the Manage Subscriptions page
