Cannot auto apply coupons

    Hello,

    The apply coupon automatically feature is not working on my site. There are totally 6 coupons and most of them have auto-apply turned on. I checked with an account that eligible to use one of the coupons but it didn’t apply automatically either on cart page or checkout page.

    The site is using the latest plugin version. May I know what is the next step I can try? Let me know if more information is required to further troubleshoot.

    Hi @keithtkl,

    By default, the auto-apply option is limited to 5 coupons. Please refer this thread to know why it is implemented as such and how to implement a workaround.

    Thanks for the reply, but I tried to add the workaround code to function.php but still cannot make the auto-apply work again.
