I’ve found the problem.
It was that I had created an answer-form.php file in my anspress sub-folder in my theme for version 0.1.9. Updating it to use the functions you are now using in answer-form.php means it now works!
Thanks for your patience! And I love the new javascript pop-ups that say what is happening!
I’m not able to answer questions either. How did you fix this?

Were you using a previous version of Anspress?
No. Just installed it today from WordPress.

Then my fix doesn’t apply.
Instead, make sure you have saved all the Anspress Options. Then re-save permalinks. If you still have this issue after that, you should open a new thread, so that Rahul realizes that this is a new issue.
Make sure permalink is enabled in your wordpress.
Do you mean that you are not able to write in question content field ?
I noticed a issue in chrome which does not let user to write anything.
