Cannot adjust height

    I am using the pro version of slider. When I go to edit a slider I notice that about 3 seconds after the page loads the height text field disappears. I have disabled all of our plugins for testing and this still occurs. What can we do? Without this setting all of our galleries are very stretched out and don’t look good. Thank you for your help. Here is a screenshot of the page.
