Cannot activate plugin

    Hi,

    I have installed a new theme and have been unable to activate the plugin since. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, which doesn’t work.

    I have been prompted with the following…

    Fatal error: Cannot declare class Radium_Theme_Demo_Data_Importer, because the name is already in use in /home1/coveran3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/simple-link-directory/qc-op-directory-main.php on line 209

    Any help/advice would be much appreciated.

    Hi Tim,

    We encountered similar error a couple of times before. Usually, this is a conflict with the theme’s demo data importer plugin. If you have a demo data importer plugin, please deactivate that after importing the demo data. You won’t need that anyways. Try activating the SLD plugin after that.

    Thanks for the response. I can’t seem to figure out how to deactivate the demo data imported plugin.

    Hi Tim,

    Please share a screenshot of the plugins page. Also, you can try switching the theme and see if that fixes the issue. Then switch back.
