    Hello,
I Created a reset and made a shapshot. I followed the instructions and now I have no access to themes or plugins or anything that was previously on my menu tree in the left column. I have a backup on google drive saved from a backup plugin that don’t see as well. Please help. I only wanted to remove my pages and start over but it seemed the reset was what was being advised. Please help. I’ve only had this since 5/5 so I’m not worried about the content cause I was building, but I don’t know how to fix this. I have a siteground hosting account and I can see a folder with my content, but don’t know how to add wp to access it. is the answer there? please advise.
    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @susanunsewlicited this seems an issue with folder/file permission. I cannot provide proper support, or help, without access, and take a look, into your website folder root.

If You want, please contact me from wordpress slack or reach me using this form in order to provide some credentials to access what I need.

If You are using the PRO version of the plugin, please use the Support mode that You have inside You plugin as We cannot provide support to PRO version here.

@manuelrocha88 thanks for responding. I uninstalled/deleted WP and reinstalled it. Maybe not the best idea, but I assume my orig data files are on my computer still and I just hope it doesn’t cause a problem.
Since I’d just began working on my site, I won’t need anything in my old data. I will keep my backup copy though.
    Thanks for your help.

@susanunsewlicited glad you fixed the issue in another way.
