Cannot access site, cannot login, cannot access FTP

    Inability to access your website via FTP has absolutely nothing to do with anything you might have installed (or deleted) on it. Either your FTP client is not set up correctly or your credentials are wrong. You should first try to contact your hosting provider to fix FTP access then try to work from there.

    Can you get into your hosting control panel? If so you should be able to disable plugins using the file manager. You might be able to fix the FTP issue in your control panel too.

    Thanks to both respondents – I was going in blind here, but turning to my host did resolve all of my issues.
