Cannot access my site after installing theme

    So I just installed the Bento theme and right after I install it and I click Live Preview, the site crashes and gives me this error:

    Fatal error: Switch statements may only contain one default clause in /homepages/3/d624866225/htdocs/clickandbuilds/TheBudgetEuropean/wp-content/themes/bento/includes/theme-options/class-satori-theme-options.php on line 1088

    My site is permanently stuck on a white page with this error and I cannot access it at all! Does anyone know what happened or more importantly, what I can do to get my site back?

    Hi,

    Just delete the theme’s folder using FTP client or cpanel and your site will be back.

    Access your site file system with FTP and rename the directory Bento to e.g. XXBento. WordPress will fallback to a standard Twenty theme.

    Can either of you go into a bit more detail into how to do that? I’m new to WordPress and don’t know how to use an FTP client.
