Cannot access Media after 3.1.2 Installation

Since installing 3.1.2, when I try to “Manage Product Images”, I am timing out (30 seconds) at wp-includes/media.php. The script line varies and sometimes I’m getting a generic server error but usually it’s a timeout. Any ideas out there? Thanks!
