    Thanks for the help Ahir.

Because I really don’t understand this stuff, could you provide a little more detail? I have found the file /home2/gridless/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php through the bluehost c-panel. Am I just to delete this file? Are there any risks to this action that i could mitigate?

I am not very confident making changes in the c-panel, any additional information would be great, thanks.

    Hey,
Take backup of that file and then delete or just rename plugin W3 Total Cache from Plugin folder and try to login and let me know.
    Thanks

I deleted the /home2/gridless/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php file and still get an error while trying to access the login page. I then replaced the file.

My plugins folder has no W3-total-cache folder in it. I downloaded from the W3TC website and placed the extracted folder in the plugin folder. Still the same error while trying to access login page. I have since removed the folder.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks again.

I’m just looking around the c-panel and found a number of these entries in the error log:

[29-Mar-2016 00:51:27 UTC] PHP Warning: require_once(/home2/gridless/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-sync.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/gridless/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 37

I checked, and these files were indeed missing. I copied them from the backup folder but still no luck.

So, it appears that i fixed the problem by deleting jetpack from the plugins folder and using FTP to upload a new jetpack folder.

    Thanks,

    Ok good
