Cannot access feeds through smartphone app

After a complete reinstall and update we are having problems accessing feeds that power our iPhone App.

For example: News – uses this feed http://visualartists.ie/?feed=customfeed&sterm&scat=5&paged=0 to populate that information on the app.

When I try to access it outside of the app it tells me an invalid feed.

We’re not the most technically proficient, so any points are most gratefully received.
