Cannot access admin login

I am getting errors when going to my site’s admin page (site.com/wp-admin) (see below). It is preventing me from making changes to my site. I also tried to FTP to my site, but I get an access denied message. I need to get my site back up and running. It is hosted at wordpress.org.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
