    Hi, I have trouble trying to activate barc. I tried put the script part in my theme special code option, and also on my wordpress index file directly, yet barc reported it couldn’t find ‘the special code’ on my website. Don’t know what might have caused the problem because when I view my site source code, the script is there.

    Hey Ichobi, are you still having the issue?

    We fixed a bug later last week that might have solved this. Let me know when you can – I’ll make sure to give you a year for free!

    Hi Barcinc, still not working. Code not found on the site, despite the fact that I already put the code on the site. I can view barc code in the view> source menu. Not sure what did I do wrong.

    Also I am using the latest barc version.

    Hey Ichobi, we’ve had some issues recently with people who we’re activated but didn’t realize they were.

    You’ll know if you’re activated if when you chat in your website you have a ‘hammer’ icon next to your name.

    We’re coming out with a new version of the plugin today that should make it MUCH easier to activate and know you’re activated.

    I also cannot activate although I have been both a user and a paid subscriber for a while. This only happened after the last update this morning.
