Your setup is fine – that URL comes from a test email, not a real one.
When you send yourself a test email from Robina → Notifications, the placeholders are filled with sample values (a fictional customer name, service, date, etc.), and {cancel_url} is a placeholder that just lands on your homepage. It’s there so you can see the layout without needing a real booking.
When a real booking is made, the confirmation email carries a unique cancellation link with a token for that specific booking, and clicking it opens Robina’s cancellation page as expected.
To see it in action: make a booking on your site with your own email (or any address you can check), then click the “Cancel this booking” link in that confirmation – you’ll land on the real cancellation page.
I’ll make the test email clearer in the next update so this is easier to tell apart. Thanks for flagging it!
