Cancel event process

    Hi. Would I be right in thinking that the only way to “cancel” an event is first make the event status “draft” so no one else can book, delete the approved bookings (with email notification to people that booked) and then delete the event? Any other methods?

    Just “Trash” the event using the mass-action dropdown menu in the list of events, the bookings will get cancelled and each booking will get the cancel email as usual (if you select mails to be sent when trashing the event).

    Ok cool. All tested and working fine. I hadn’t seen the “Send mails for cancelled bookings too?” option because I just looked in the bulk action dropdown, rather than actually selecting the trash option in it, whereupon the option appears. Cheers.
