Can you provide the following functionality?

We are interested in your plugin.
But we need a little different functionality.

I’ll give you and example.
1. User generates video from your mobile app (we have this part working)
2. The generated video is uploaded to our website (we have this part working)
3. A link to the video is sent to the users e-mail (we have this part working)
4. Once the link is opened the user must pay to view the video. Once payed the video should be unlocked for everyone, the user can share the link and he and the people who he shared it to should not pay again. (we need this part)

We don’t want the user to register. Anybody with the link should be able to pay.
We have to cases:
1. Video is uploaded from a mobile phone – The video should be unlocked (no payment needed)
2. Video is uploaded for our KIOSK device – The video should be locked (and should be unlocked for unlimited time once the payment is finished).

We want the process to be automated. All videos uploaded from the KIOSK should be locked automatically (the price will be the same for all).

Can you offer us this functionality? How long will it take to modify the plugin to suite our needs and how much will it cost?
