Can you delete information

    Hello,

    Can you delete the information you receive with the order without losing the order i.e. can this be done through MySQL?

    Hi,

    you mean meta the meta attached with order? yes you can do this from order panel edit will allow you to remove or edit information.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I can only edit orders if they are pending but I can’t set completed orders to pending so I am unable to edit the order.

    Sorry, it’s not possible. Once meta is attached with order it becomes part of WooCommerce order system. And it behave as WC setup.
