Yes, but . . . it’s not easy. Some of the possible problems– bad behavior plugin sometimes fouls up the works, sometimes server settings are such that file uploads/downloads are set to a too low filesize by your host, if you use third party aps to post you can’t use the default browser in 2.0.x, and sometimes it just plain doesn’t work for your particular server config.
