• Hey guys,

I’m looking into using WordPress for my website and before I do anything I want to ask a few questions first.

    1. Does it cost anything to use WordPress?
    2. If I were to make money off of advertisements and such would I have to give some to WordPress because I am using it?

    3. I was recomended wordpress when I asked How to make A comment box that is only useable by users, And the comment should appear on the webpage where it was commented to.
4.Then have a Thumbs up or Thumbs Down click on the comment to give it thumbs up or down, which would add to a counter so I know how many Ups it got and how many downs.

Can WordPress do that? and how

    Thank you for helping me

    Sam

  • 1. WordPress is free.
    2. No WordPress is a CMS
    3. Yes, you can only allow comments for logged in users.
    4. You would have to find a plugin to do that but you will be able to find one on the Extend area for plugins

WordPress is a great system and if there is ever something that you want it to do you will find a plugin for it!
