Can WordPress do this:

I have been looking over all of the documentation of WordPress and it sounds like it may do what I need. However, indulge my 5th grade questions and let me know if this software can do what I really need it to do.

I am looking for a blog that I can install (i’m not worried about hosting at this time, I have the room for what I need) and allow about 20 to 30 members of my association to be able to log in and post their own “blog” or “diary”. I just want to allow them 1 page that they can use, maybe make that page into multiple pages as time goes on.

What I do not want is for them all to have the share the same blog. I want them to all have their own page they can log into and play with.

The best I can describe what I am looking for is; somthing like myspace, but without the graphical, music, and the rest of it’s “crap”. Those pages just get bogged down with too much junk.

I want this to be simple for my members.

I’m not sure if I described this properly or not, but hopefully I did.
