Can we use Media?

    Hello Dear. How are you?

    Well I am using FAQ for woocommerce plugin. I tried to add new faq with media file using youtube media. Now I take some issues with it. As I attached my site url, the media file doesn’t work. How can I solve this?

    I need this asap.

    @gao9099 ,

    We just released a new version with the iframe issue fixed. Please update the new version and you issue will be solved. We have modified trip template a bit, now all looks good.

    Bonus:

    If you want to centerize the iframe it may not be possible with the wp editor. So, you can add the following custom css in the (settings > style > custom css) to centerize the iframe.

    Custom Code:
    .ffw-trip-answer iframe {
    margin: 0 auto;
    display: block;
    }

    Also you can visit the link to read the doc to centerize, it may help you.

    Hello Dear. I am Gao.
    Now I have problem with the FAQ plugin.
    I have updated the plugin with new version. But now, it is broken.
    The answers are display the product description instead the correct answer.
    Please help me again.

    In our test sites all look okay, Can you please give us some screenshots of your this product edit page, FAQ post page and FAQ settings?

    Also, Please tell us which WordPress theme you are using, this is very important. We are ready to solve your issue.
