• I recently imported over 7000 users from an old bigcommerce site to a wordpress/woocommerce site. As soon as I did that the site went SOO SLOOWWW, admin and front end, both dragged horribly.

As soon as I removed all the users, the site sped back up to normal.

How can that happen? Even if there are 7000 users it doesn’t have to query all those users to open up the site and admin does it?

Just tested, I have two instances of the exact same website running in development, the one with all the users is slow and clunky, takes 10 to 20 seconds for a page to load in front and back. The other with only one user loads in less than a second.
