can this plug in do that ?

Hello,

i’m looking for a contact form plug in that can do the follow thing :

i got 1500 posts : each post (in it content text) have one different email address.
is it possible to have a form that can be send to the mail address inside the content of the post ?
i don’t want to create 1500 forms 🙁
so can it be based on 1 form
and with post short code (or something else) the form update the recipient address in each different post ?
