As it says, you will need to customize it in the header.php file. The background is a small, repeating background image. It is located here:

I haven’t installed this theme, but what are you trying to put there?

Okay…what picture or banner? Do you have it created? Can you post a link to it and I’ll see if I can get it to work and tell you how to do it.
