can "Posts" be indexable and searchable?

    hi, I have created a website using WrodPress: http://www.office231.com/

    My question is, is the text in the small windows that you see when clicking the text such as “iPhone” indexable and searchable by google?

    I’m bit worried about this because I’m new to WordPress. And it seems WordPress treat the small windows as posts not pages, and they are usually closed, now shown.
