Hello @tomcatwpdev
I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve tried to replicate this and I was able to authorize the Stackpath with no issues.
Can you please make sure to follow the instructions in this guide and double-check your configuration?
Thanks!
Hello @vmarko , thank you for your reply.
I regenerated API key (stackpath) and followed the instructions that you gave me one more time. Unfortunatelly, I still got the error: Can’t authenticate: Failed to reach API endpoint (see this picture: Error appears when click “next” button ).
For more information, Im using lastest version of wordpress and w3tc, php 7.2. Other features of w3tc are still working well
I just made a test to detect this issue, I have 1 domain and subdomain like this:
1. mydomain.com
2. test.mydomain.com/wptest
When I verified API key on mydomain.com , it worked. But on test.mydomain.com/wptest, it gave error. So I changed subdomain to test.mydomain.com and w3tc now can verify CDN key. After that, I clicked on button “test stackpath” and it passed, but I use Gtmetrix or webpagetest to check one more time, both of 2 tools show me that, cdn is not effected, is it normal ?
Hello @tomcatwpdev
Thank you for the information. Glad to know you managed to authorize Stackpath.
Have you verified the Replace Site’s Hostname With Section is automatically populated with your Edge Address in Performance>CDN?
Can you please share the website URL?
Thanks!
Sorry, Im not sure I totally understand about that option, but please check this image . Is it ok?
here is website URL: https://mandaley.officience.com/
Hello @tomcatwpdev
Thank you for the screenshot. Yes the “Replace Site’s Hostname With” is populated and I’ve inspected your website and static files are being served from the CDN. Please check this screenshot.
However, it’s also throwing some 500 errors for your images. I’ve tried to reach those images bypassing the CDN but it seems that they do not exist on your server.
As for the Gtmerix, it complains about:

https://club.mandaley.fr/wp-content/uploads/revslider/creativefreedom/creative_bg1.jpg

Try purging the cache and also purging the CDN completely.
Thanks!
Hello @vmarko , Your screenshot link is undefined. I checked “Resource Usage” in stackpath account and I think you are right ( 11MB / 1T ), my website and static files are being served from the CDN. I think after verifing CDN key, it will take a moment to send files from my server to stackpath automatically without any notification, so I didn’t recognize after your reply. After using Webpagetest to check again, I can see the result “Use a CDN for all static assets: 78/100”. I think it doesn’t get 100/100 because some missing images that you listed above and that is why Webpagetest change the icon of “Effective use of CDN” to green color. I will close this ticket, thank you for your help, if I have any problem, I will contact you soon. Have a nice day.
Hello @tomcatwpdev
