Can not select catalog

    Hi,

    I’m trying to connect my store to FB using the plugin. I would like to sync my products into a FB catalog. In the process of connecting the plugin to FB I run into a problem. I can’t select a catalog. I see the catalog but its not selectable (grey).

    Good to know is that my products are synced in a FB catalog now with a product feed. But this keeps giving problems aswel. That’s why I would like to try it with the plugin.

    Can someone please help me with this issue? Do I have to change some settings in FB business?

    Hi @edelvr,

    Facebook has had a couple different versions of their shopping platform. If the existing catalog was created a while back, it may not be able to be used on a new integration.

    We’d recommend creating a new catalog for selection during the connection process.
