try deactivating plugins to see if there is interference
do you have any customized user access in place?
what plugins are installed/activated?
here is a list of my plugins. I deactivated all of them but I still do not see the “Editor”. I reactivated them after this did not work.
I am unsure if I have customized user access in place. How do I determine this?

i see plugin for ADMIN MENU EDITOR….maybe that one is contributing to problem. have you customized your ADMIN MENU?
