Can not access my website

    Hello. Recently I am unable to access my website. It says that there is a 500 Internal server Error. I can see that I need to update a plug in but it says it can not access the site. I also can not log into the admin page, I have to login into the generic wordpress.com first. I contacted them and they said that it is a wordpress.org problem and to contact them. I am not very computer savvy and have tried to follow the forums but am very confused. Can someone please help?

    first of all, WordPress.com is a WordPress hosting provider. Self-host WordPress uses WordPress software available on WordPress.org.

    You should contact your web hosting provider (not wordpress.com) for support.
