Can not access dashboard

My blog is located at http://www.wheresfrankie.co.uk but is physically located at http://www.print-trek.co.uk/ourblog
What used to happen is that you go to the main page and when you clicked on a story the address line would show the http://www.print-trek.co.uk/ourblog/… which I was hoping to change by altering the site url in the settings page.
This stopped the site working so after a long struggle (and steep learning curve) I have managed to reset the site url and the home url using myphpadmin back to http://www.print-trek.co.uk/ourblog.
This allowed me to view the site but any attempt to access the dashboard ended at a dead end page. The login screen comes up but then I get a 1and1 internet error page.
After some playing about I changed both urls to http://www.wheresfrankie.co.uk which allowed me to access the dashboard but not the site content so I reset the urls to http://www.print-trek.co.uk/ourblog, still can’t get the dashboard and now all I can get is the initial page, clicking on anything just takes me back to the home page.
I have tried renaming the plugins directory and the theme directory to no avail.
Can anyone offer some suggestions please?
