Can multiple users edit a listing?

Hello. Is it possible to allow more than one user to edit a listing? Specifically, I want to have it so paying site members can add and edit listings, as well as allowing the listed business to “claim” a listing and then they can edit, too. Is this possible already? If not, are hooks available to achieve such a thing?
