Can It Do This?

I am looking for a plugin that can do the following: I am developing a website that features biking routes in Ireland. Each route has its own post. I would like a user to search for the best route based upon chosen search terms (e.g. length, difficulty, scenery, etc.). There will be a form where the user can select their choice for each search term. Perhaps I would need a separate plugin to create the form. Can this plugin do the search and return results that match all selected terms? What specific requirements would you require to accomplish this goal? If a separate plugin is needed to create the form, could you recommend one that will work with this plugin. Thanks.
