Can i install wordpress on a website buider

I have a website. Which is actually running with help of a website builder. I want to install wordpress on the same website. I tried it once and along with that i installed a yoast plugin in it but still it was unable to create a separate sitemap for the (worpress portion) website . Actually i want to seo the wordpress portion separately. Do i need to make my sitemap manually for wordpress portion?
