I have posts I write that refer to recipes and crafts. I would like to have instructions for both accessible on my blog but now showing up on the regular blog feed (front page).

Is there a way to post recipes and crafts without having them show up as a blog post on the front page.

What I’m envisioning is a static page that serves as an index for recipes and another static page that serves as an index for crafts. The static page would have a link to the recipe/craft which would then display when clicked.

The problem is that I want to post these without them displaying or being emailed to subscribers. I just want them available if someone clicks on the link.

Not sure if that explained it clearly but I’m hoping someone can understand and let me know if this is possible. The only work-around I can think of is to create a separate blog for the recipes and another for the crafts and then link to those.

I am a rather beginner level blogger with limited experience customizing or manipulating wordpress. I am using Catch Box theme.

    Any help is appreciated.
