I believe that the root of your question is about pagination, so that you can have a certain amount of questions per page or maybe even limiting it to one question per page.
Unfortunately, HD Quiz is not currently compatible with pagination, but I think that it is a great idea and I’ll add it in as a feature for the next release of the plugin ASAP.
In order to help me develop this new feature, can you please describe why you want to use pagination and how you’d plan to use it? Your feedback will help me make the feature as relevant to your needs as possible.

I need this feature because i have almost all my post in a list form splited by <!–nextpage–> and i make 5x more pageviews than normal posts.I though to make the same thing with quizes.You can make possible to make questions with shortcode for example .[HDquiz question= “23”]
And there is a problem when i make image answers http://prntscr.com/8y6ezb .

thank you for your input. I’ll have pagination added as an option for quizzes in the next update (probably within the next couple of days). I think it’s a great idea!
As for your screenshot, can you please send me the link to the quiz?
Are you trying to use the new images as answers feature?
Also, JUST to be sure you have the correct and updated plugin files, can you disable and delete the plugin, then re-download.

I have taken a look and the problem is that your site/server is unable to create/does not contain the custom image sizes of 400×400.
Did you use the plugin to upload these images, or were they images already located in your library?
Now that you have ensured you are using the latest version of the plugin, can you edit the question and try uploading a NEW image as a fourth answer.
If this does not work, then I will send you simple instructions on how to edit the plugin so that it uses images that are 300×300 instead of 400×400 (i have confirmed that your images exist in 300×300).

The image were already in media library.Is working now when i upload via plugin.The Plugin crop the image to 400×400.

Unfortunately, this behaviour is something that is ingrained in WordPress directly and I cannot change.
Essentially, when you install the plugin, HD Quiz tells WordPress that we have a new custom image size, so any new image you upload will get cropped to this new size.
The problem is that WordPress does not resize any previous images you may have uploaded – only future ones.
I’ll add a note in my next update to let users know that the Image Answer feature will not be compatible with images uploaded before the installation of HD Quiz.
