Can I achieve this with wordpress

Hi All,

I run the social art/design project http://www.whatiseewhenilookat.com

I currently run it on Gallery3, but I want to move it to WordPress, if you go have a look at the site, can what I currently have be achieved through WordPress, the key features I want to include are
• use your social media accounts to login and register
• post comments directly on the page and not through the back-end
• post images on the site like I have at the moment

I have been searching and trying many things on wordpress without much luck, need your advice and help please.
