can Forminator do this?

Hello I’ve to setup a test system where the user input his/her name and take the test that will be a series of question with 4 possible answers per question. At the end of the test the user must not see the results and the scoring but the site admin should receive the test results and scoring (eg. 10 correct answer on 30) that will be sent to the user manually with a written evaluation. Can I do that with Forminator?
