Hi there @ravanh 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I have deleted woocommerce orders and wordpress users, but still I am not able to completly delete subscribers from trash.
Yeah, the issue that you are facing is related to the point raised by @ravanh.
Here you have a tutorial that will guide you both: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/304-why-i-cant-delete-my-subscribers
Cheers!
Hi again @citsolutions 👋🏽
I have deleted woocommerce orders and wordpress users, but still I am not able to completly delete subscribers from trash.
A colleague of mine has re-read this thread and noticed that you have already deleted all your WooCommerce and WordPress users and still see the same issue.
In this case your issue seems more like a syncing or a caching issue.
Could you try to clear the cache for your site and then “Force sync” those lists?

Thanks!
Hi, the “Force sync” method solved it for me (with WordPress Users list).
Quick tip that was kindly pointed out to me by @bruberries : You can find the “Force sync” link when hovering over the list in question on the Lists page (which I had not noticed before)
same problem here deleting members from trash and they still came back, force sync helped it, thanks
Thanks, after force-sync and clicking the button “Recalculate now”, everythink worked fine.
