can a “page” have posts on it?

    i have created a page called “testimonials” on my site: http://awakenyoursensesspa.com/. i’m using wp 2.8.
    i want customers to be able to write about their experience. is that possible on a page? if so how do i activate posts? I do have the checkbox ticked for allowing posts but still no comment form appears on the page.

    Ok, i searched through the forum and found posts related to this problem. apparently i have to create my “testimonial” section in “categories” instead. So, i’ve created a testimonials section in categories but i don’t see how a person could post to that section? when i click on the testimonial section there is nothing there to accomidate a post!? what anm i missing???
