Campaign plugin on main page

Hello,

I’m sorry for my simple issue but I couldn’t find any plugin related to this simple task.

I’m looking for a plugin that will take one defined by me category and show only the last post on the main page above the other posts.

The idea is this post to be like a weekly/montly campaign for a particular cause. It will probably contain video uploaded on YouTube that is something already supported in WP posts.
