Could you try updating your permalinks? Just go to Settings > Permalinks and click on the Update button.

I did a test installing Reach Theme, and appears the campaign …
The issue is with my forgiven theme, that does not call the layout of the campaign screen.
Reach theme is not compatible with woocommerce…
There is the possibility of making the Reach Theme or Child is compatible with woocommerce?
I’m looking for the simplest way to get the Charitable working on my site that has woocomerce…
If you have any ideas to help me solve this issue.
Could you try it with the Forgiven theme again, but add some content to the Extra Description area? It may be that the theme prevents the Charitable campaign content from loading when the Extra Description is empty.

Yes extra description is complete.
All complete descriptions.
I disabled the plugins to test as well.
When I disabled the plugin Envira Gallery of shortcode [campaigns] stopped working in my homepage…
I activated the theme forgiven, and tested, still with the same issue.
I have no idea what’s going on. Could you get in touch with me via https://www.wpcharitable.com/support/ with login details for your WordPress dashboard so that I can investigate further?

Hi Eric,
I do charitable update version 1.4.2
Have same issue, not fix with forgiven theme.
I also install reach theme new version, for test and working fine about charitable.
Only Slider Revolution in Reach theme not working the link Full slide not show in Reach theme, Have a issue about size.
the link works only in slide corners after arrows. So what I can do for solve this issue about reach theme? Have a contact support with you or other?
I like the reach theme because the template campaign is so clean 🙂
We released an update to Reach today which should resolve the issue with Revolution Slider.
