Call to undefined function wp_editor()

    Hi all,
    In the settings page I don’t find the editor to create the popup content in the bottom page

    I have found an error in the log file
    [31-Oct-2014 14:42:09] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in /home/replyuser/blogs3/wp-content/plugins/itro-popup/admin/popup-admin.php on line 447

    My WordPress version is 3.2.1 and it’s impossible at this moment upgrade it; anyway the plug-in is declared compatible “3.0.1 or higher“
