I have an issue when you use a mobile to access my site, in the menu if you click on the shop tab you get an error displayed saying : call to undefined function on the archive.php on line 90, I have looked at the php sheet and it has only this on it genesis (); it is the last line. i tried removing it and i get a blank screen instead still not my store showing, how can i fix this issue so mobile user’s can shop again ?
I have tried a new install and still the same issue, the plugin is up to date

    I have wordpress verion 4.7.2
    Genesis framework & Jessica theme
my site to view is minikreations.com.au

    Hi, @minikreations!

It looks like your site is using the WPtouch plugin. Using this plugin bypasses your Genesis theme on mobile, which is why you see the warnings about the missing genesis() function when you view your shop pages.

I suggest either disabling WPtouch entirely (your theme is responsive so it will look great on mobile anyway), or disabling WPtouch on your shop pages if it offers settings to allow that.

@minikreations Yes – that will have the same effect as WPtouch. Well done for tracking it down!

Great detective work, @minikreations! Thank you for mentioning Jetpack Mobile – it might help others who stumble on this thread.
