    I disable Call To Action but it still work on my site. I want to redirect directly to WhatsApp. But chat window appears.

    Hi!

    Check if you have some kind of cache in your WordPress or if your hosting provider has page cache and delete them.

    Also, it looks like your site uses WPML. In the string translations look for the string “Call to Action” and remove it.
